Our stay was truly exceptional. The organization of the complex was remarkable, offering us a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was delightful. The guest service was outstanding; every staff member was attentive and eager to assist us. Special thanks to Mme Nezha Regragui, whose warm welcome and introduction to the history and types of coffee made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.

The property is on a very nice location and on quite large grounds. It is well spread out with different facilities for various activities. The cave suites are nicely located and very well designed from inside.

EVERYTHING, the staff, the service, the room and the foooood was sooo yummy in Safran restaurant , the facilities , how quits is the area and how friendly is everyone, their food was so fresh and delicious
I’ve traveller to many countries but this hotel was amazing ,i felt like home,the bedsheets was smelling like fabric softener and i could choose the type of pillow i want.in the resort was a mini zoo ,i enjoyed walking there after breakfast,they are having free shuttle to the city center as well which was good.the staff exceeded my expectation,all was super friendly and ready to help.
This has a resort sort of vibe and it is very new property. The sort of place one escapes to get relief from stress. Ajwa was the highlight of our vacation and after check-in I immediately regretted the 2 nights stay. I should have booked this place for more nights and I’m already planning a girls trip to not Turkey but to this hotel for a break next year. This is also a very halal hotel where they are very mindful about segregation. The women gym is well equipped with the latest machines including cable. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Turkey. The ingredients being used are an excellent quality and we could tell from all the different cheeses we tried. The rooms are exquisitely decorated. Staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
